Please join us as an exhibitor in Billings in January 2027 for the 81st annual 9th District Mid-Winter meeting. We have designed our trade show to allow maximum exposure between you and our attendees. In addition to the exhibits in our trade show, there are sponsorship opportunities to allow you to extend your companies marketing impact before, during and after the meeting.
Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is possible to reserve adjacent booths to expand the size of your exhibit. Exhibitors will have access to the trade show hall the day before the event. Additional set-up hours are available the morning of the first day. All exhibits must be set up by 8:00 a.m. on the opening Thursday of the event..
Exhibtor fees
Single Booth Exhibit Fee
Pre–registration price BEFORE December 1, 2026 – $500
Standard price AFTER December 1, 2026 – $575
- Included in your fee is the cost of a standard skirted table, a name sign, electrical availability and participation for two exhibitor representatives per booth for Thursday and Friday’s breaks and buffet Lunch in.
- There will be a $50 charge for each additional exhibitor representative that you would like to attend.
- Recognition will also be provided in the meeting program provided to all meeting attendees.
GOLD Exhibit Breakfast Sponsorship – Limited to 2
Sponsorship price BEFORE December 1, 2026 – $3000
Sponsorship price AFTER December 1, 2026 – $3075
- As a Gold Exhibit Sponsor your company will receive special recognition in the opening daily announcements as the breakfast sponsor for that day, additional signage on the breakfast tables, top listing and logo placement on the registration site, event schedule, and all other event marketing.
- As a Gold Exhibit Sponsor, your single table booth will have a prime location in relation to the main conference room for immediate visibility and access to attendees. Prime locations are first come first served, and spaces are limited.
- You will have the opportunity to address attendees for 20 minutes during the designated lunch hour of your sponsorship day.
Meet and Greet Sponsorship – Limited to 1
Sponsorship price BEFORE December 1, 2026 – $2000
Sponsorship price AFTER December 1, 2026 – $2075
- As a Meet and Greet Sponsor your company will receive special recognition in the opening lunchtime announcements on both days, additional signage on the meet and greet tables, top listing and logo placement on the registration site, event schedule, and all other event marketing.
- As a Meet and Greet Sponsor, your single table booth will have a prime location in relation to the main conference room and the meet and greet event for immediate visibility and access to attendees through the entire conference.
- You will have the opportunity to address attendees during the Meet and Greet on January 14th, which is held immediately after classes on Thursday, January 14th. Your sponsorship fee goes toward the appetizers and drinks for attendees.
Exhibit Sponsorship
Sponsorship price BEFORE December 1, 2026 – $1200
Sponsorship price AFTER December 1, 2026 – $1275
- As an Exhibit Sponsor, your company will receive special recognition in the registration brochure with logo placement, on the registration website, during the meeting, and special signage designating your company as a meeting sponsor.
- As an Exhibit Sponsor, your single table booth will be placed in a high traffic/visible location to the main conference room so you can maximize attendee interaction.
Promotional Contributions
Each year we need promotional giveaways for the conference registration attendee bags. These items can significantly enhance the attendee experience and provide excellent exposure to your brand. If you have merchandise or promotional materials that you are willing to contribute, we would greatly appreciate it. We do ask that you provide enough for all attendees. If you would like to contribute, please check below and we will reach out individually to coordinate. Past contributions have been nametag lanyards, pens, notepads, tote bags, stickers, water bottles, USB drives, brochures, keychains, etc… Promotional items should be available to the Ninth District by January 4, 2027.
